Your Mission We are looking for a Business & Recruitment Consultant to join our international team and support the development of the Italian market. This role combines both commercial development and recruitment consultancy responsibilities. You will actively contribute to expanding Luxe Talent's presence in Italy by building strong relationships with brands while also managing recruitment projects for key clients within the fashion, luxury and retail sectors.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in both business development and recruitment, who enjoys working in an international, dynamic and people-oriented environment.

What You Will Do Business Development Identify and approach fashion, luxury and premium brands within the Italian market Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client partnerships Manage relationships with HR Directors, Retail Directors and CEOs Promote Luxe Talent's recruitment and training services Participate in commercial meetings,



negotiations and market development strategies Recruitment & Talent Consultancy Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in Italy Source, assess and interview specialized candidates within fashion, luxury and retail Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate closely with the international recruitment teams across Europe What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy and/or business development Previous experience within fashion, luxury, retail or hospitality sectors is highly valued Strong commercial mindset and client relationship skills Experience managing recruitment processes and talent acquisition projects Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented profile Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Languages Italian: fluent / native English: professional Spanish is a plus What We Offer The opportunity to join a leading European recruitment consultancy specialized in fashion and luxury A dynamic, international and entrepreneurial environment High level of autonomy and responsibility Hybrid / remote work model Continuous training and professional development Competitive salary + attractive premio structure Long-term career opportunities within an expanding international company Why Join Luxe Talent?
