The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Intern to join our team in Milan and support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for software products.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structured technical documentation, working in an international environment and learning best practices from experienced technical writers and technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Documentation Intern, you will:

- Support the creation and maintenance of structured technical documentation in English

- Assist in reviewing, formatting, and updating user manuals, installation guides, and technical procedures

- Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to gather technical information

- Support the documentation of system requirements with clarity and accuracy

- Use Microsoft Office and documentation tools to manage and organize content

- Follow documentation standards, quality processes, and internal guidelines

What You’ll Bring:

- Student or recent graduate in a technical or scientific field (Engineering,



Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar)

- Strong interest in technical documentation and technical communication

- Good writing skills with strong attention to detail

- Good written knowledge of English

- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word

- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work in an organized manner

Additional Information:

- Previous experience as a translator, interpreter, or linguist is not required

- A background in medical writing or biotechnology is not required

- The role is focused on developing skills in technical documentation for hardware/software products
