Job Description

Our tendering layout engineer is responsible for developing the conceptual layout for the entire plant during the proposal phase of large Renewable Gas anaerobic Digestion EPC projects globally:

· Builds the 3D model and collaborate in the preparation of overall plant concepts (process integration, maintenance, traffic management, escape routes, etc.)

· Optimizes the arrangement to ensure a cost competitive offering and coordinating interfaces with the various disciplines (process engineering, electrical & control, civil foundations & steel structures, construction, procurement, logistics, etc.)

· Reviews contract specifications, identifies project risks and opportunities, participates to layout reviews, technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and partners





· Prepares planning documents, layout drawings and provides civil and construction data

· Handover to project execution team

· Actively participates in maintaining tendering know-how, tools, guidelines, and seeks to implement lessons learned from executed projects

Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience in an international EPC environment (energy, renewables, oil & gas)

· Solid project execution or tendering background with knowledge in process equipment layout, piping layout, steel structure and civil design, and good understanding of technical cost drivers

· User know-how of engineering tools such as E3D, Navisworks and Autocad

· Deep understanding of 2D and 3D CAD modeling and awareness of BIM methodology

· Autonomous, proactive, curious, flexible and team-oriented personality

· Fluent in English, any other language(s) welcomed
