Specialista Senior / Project Manager

In this role you ensure quality and project execution by shaping and validating documentation that reflects customer requirements. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management to translate needs into compliant, timely documents. You’ll influence project outcomes by managing documentation packages and ensuring traceability from contract review to delivery. This position supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction through meticulous documentation and cross-functional teamwork. You will work in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement of documentation processes is valued and visible in project success.

- Review order confirmations and customer requirements to prepare quality documentation for contract review activities
- Partner with planning, engineering, and internal teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and documented
- Analyze customer-requested changes to determine impacts on quality documentation
- Prepare, manage, and release quality documentation packages, including Inspection Document Lists (IDLs)




- Coordinate documentation related to customer-specific procedures, inspections, controls, and quality plans
- Support quotation and project review activities with quality documentation expertise
- Maintain accurate records and timely, organized documentation issuance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation quality and customer experience
- Education in a mechanical, engineering, manufacturing, quality, or related field
- Experience supporting quality documentation, project administration, contract review, quality assurance, manufacturing operations, or related function
- Ability to review, organize, and manage technical and quality-related documentation with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic environment
