We are looking for a motivated Material Flow Lead (2 years) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our team in Gilău. In this role, you will coordinate and organize activities within the central warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, material movement, and the timely shipment of goods to customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including raw material receiving processes and the preparation of production orders through kitting activities.

- Ensure materials and products are stored accurately and in compliance with established warehouse standards; participate in periodic inventory counts with designated stakeholders.

- Monitor, verify, and report inventory accuracy monthly, ensuring proper stock records and supporting documentation are maintained.

- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of inbound and outbound warehouse documentation.

- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily workloads and priorities for warehouse team members to support operational efficiency and service levels.

- Promote compliance with work schedules, health and safety requirements, fire prevention regulations, and the proper use of warehouse equipment and tools.

- Review and maintain warehouse operational records and documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.

- Ensure customer orders are packaged safely and efficiently in accordance with approved packaging standards and the TRAX packaging interface.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational performance, optimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support material availability, inventory integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree is considered an advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in logistics and/or warehouse operations.

- Experience in a personnel management role and/or the ability to coordinate multiple efforts to achieve organizational objectives.

- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.

- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project), Internet, and E-mail.

- Ability to work effectively with various functional and technical disciplines.
