Director of Product Management – Decion Agentic PlatformReports to: Chief Product OfficerRole OverviewToolsGroup is seeking a Director of Product Management – Decion Agentic Platform to lead the development of our next-generation, AI-native supply chain platform.This is a mission-critical leadership role at the center of our transformation to an agentic, AI-first platform (Decion)—a platform that redefines how supply chains are planned, optimized, and operated through autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.You will own the platform layer that powers Decion—including the agentic fabric, APIs, data and integration infrastructure, and core platform services—while enabling product and engineering teams across the company to build, extend, and scale on top of it.This role requires a true product leader—someone who can:Set a clear platform visionOperate as a player-coach in a high-velocity environmentDrive alignment and execution across a complex, engineering-led organizationLead through a combination of direct management, influence, and technical credibilityWhat You’ll OwnYou will lead product strategy and execution for the Decion Platform, including:1.
