Day to day, that means:* Designing and building end-to-end features, integrating LLMs into complex investment workflows* Shipping production-ready AI applications in Node.Js/TypeScript — from backend logic to the React interface* Owning evaluation, monitoring and tracing for AI agents and advanced RAG systems* Working directly with customers to drive product adoption and technical successWhat we’re looking for* 3–6 years of high-level software engineering experience, with hands-on knowledge of the GenAI ecosystem* A genuine product mindset: you start from the user’s problem and business impact,
