Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects involving utilities, HVAC, equipment, electrical infrastructure, and automation systems, balancing technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule commitments- Manage project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to installation, qualification, and handover- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements, quality standards, data integrity principles, and applicable EHS regulations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HSE, and Procurement to deliver effective technical solutions- Manage relationships with engineering contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, scope, quality, and timelines- Advise and approve strategy for deviations resolution and CAPAs implementationRequirements- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline- Not less than 2 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or plant engineering/operations, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals,



or food manufacturing- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus- Good knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and qualification activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and experience using AutoCAD- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.G., MS Project) is considered an advantage- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders- Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindsetCore CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects within regulated industries, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
