For this reason, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and eager to grow with us. /p h3bWould you like to join the Happiness Industry? /b /h3 pWe are looking for a bFront Desk Supervisor /b for our bExe International Palace (4*) in Rome, Italy /b. /p h3bWhat will you be responsible for? /b /h3 ul liSupervising the daily Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes and high-quality guest service. /li liSupporting and coordinating the Front Office team, ensuring proper shift organization and task allocation. /li liHandling guest requests, incidents and complaints, providing efficient and customer-oriented solutions. /li liEnsuring compliance with internal procedures, service standards and company policies. /li liAssisting in the training and development of Front Desk staff. /li liMonitoring reservations, room availability and billing processes to guarantee accuracy.
