You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.ResponsibilitiesRequirements & AnalysisGather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into clear technical requirementsAnalyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvementDefine and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured effectively for downstream systems and AI-powered customer careMap knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systemsTranslate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, working closely with technical teams and stakeholdersImplementation & TestingSupport the implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations, including making adjustments where appropriateDesign and execute tests,



analyse results and troubleshoot issues to validate that changes improve the quality and performance of the solutionWork iteratively with business and technical teams to identify what works, what doesn't and how the solution can be improvedRequirements3+ years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst or similar hybrid role on technology or data projectsStrong experience analysing data, systems and business processes to identify issues, opportunities and the root causes behind themAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define how changes should be implemented and testedExperience eliciting and documenting requirements, including user stories, process maps, workflows and acceptance criteriaHands-on experience with testing, validating and troubleshooting technology solutions, with the ability to design and execute tests and interpret the resultsComfortable working with low-code/workflow platforms and making or supporting configuration changesStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsLocated near one of our European offices, as this is a hybrid roleNice to haveBasic scripting skills and the ability to work with datasetsUnderstanding of knowledge managementExperience with KM or CMS platformsExposure to APIs and system integrationAwareness of AI / RAG knowledge retrievalRight to WorkAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
