/li liPreparation of budgets, monthly forecasts, and annual target planning for the division. /li liPreparation of the annual development cash flow forecast for the division. /li liSupport in management reporting to provide accurate and timely information for decision‑making. /li liCreation and maintenance of property reporting tools for common interface with development Business Units, including contract monitoring and implementation of efficient controls. /li liUnderstanding and knowledge (optional) of corporate ERP systems (SAP or others) and support for potential implementation of systems aimed at improving operational workload efficiency. /li /ul h3Core Responsibilities within MRES EE Development Unit /h3 ul liSupports the entire MRES EE Development structure in all phases of planning, monitoring, and control of the project portfolio. /li liVerifies and guarantees the economic, physical, and temporal alignment of the portfolio. /li liSupervises and ensures consistency between project development, management, and alignment of control systems. /li liOversees the definition and creation of RSD budgets and capitalizations. /li liPrepares and guarantees the consistency of powers of attorney necessary for carrying out structural activities.
