Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries. /p h3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pbJob Purpose /b /p pYou will develop Consumer Tyres for European and MEA markets as part of an integrated project team, embracing a strong project management discipline and facing technical challenges in order to meet the future needs. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liContributes to the technical development of tyres for delivery to consumer markets. /li liContributes to the process of benchmarking, designing prototypes, planning and analyzing of test results, preparing design review documentation. /li liContributes to define and manage the project schedule and GANTT. /li liPrepares appropriate documentation for assigned projects. /li liProvides his/her contribution to the preparation of Technical Meetings with the BSEMEA functions. /li liManages assigned tasks with high level of proficiency and autonomy. /li /ul pbQualifications Experience Required /b /p pbEducation, Master, other certification: /b /p pUniversity degree in engineering (mechanical, materials design, industrial engineering and equivalent) /p pbExperience (years): /b /p pPrevious experience in the tyre / automotive industries might be a plus. /p pbTechnical Skills: /b /p ul liVery good MS Office packages and CAD systems, good CREO / PRO‑E capabilities.



/li liDigital mind‑set: Ability to develop and/or apply new digital tools/software to change business or processes. /li liStatistic and simulation tools, basics of material characterization, basic knowledge of tyre construction are a nice to have. /li /ul pbLanguages Skills: /b /p pFluency in English. /p pbSoft/Behavioral Skills: /b /p ul liTeamworking. /li liProject management. /li liProblem solving. /li liLearning skills and Change Agility. /li /ul pThe salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location.
