- Proactive analysis and anomaly detection
- Drive changes in way of working with a data driven approach
- Process Automation on assurance workflows
- Tool and system definition requirements across Enterprise Operation
- Reporting **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**: - Proven Skills and experience (at least 3 years) on automation processes
- Experience in data analysis scope
- Data driven mindset and change driven approach
- Understanding of basic programming **Must have technical / professional qualifications**: - Experience on automation systems/tools
- Experience on Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience as Programmer or data analyst
- Experience on presenting software (Excel, PPT, Tableau) **Key performance indicators**: - He/she will be responsible for incoming issues reduction
