Join our Environment and Health Department as our new EHS consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. /ph3Your new role /h3pAs our new Senior EHS Consultant, you will support the delivery of Environmental, Health Safety (EHS) Due Diligence and Compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients across a variety of industrial sectors. You will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks and liabilities, conduct compliance reviews and audits, and support transaction-related advisory services throughout the MA lifecycle. The role requires a strong understanding of both environmental and occupational health safety regulations, together with the ability to identify material EHS risks, evaluate compliance status, and communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders. Candidates can work in fully hybrid working pattern from our Rome or Milan office in line with our flexible working policy. /ph3Your key responsibilities will be: /h3ulliConduct Environmental, Health Safety Due Diligence assessments in support of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and financing transactions. /liliPerform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities. /liliReview environmental permitting, regulatory compliance obligations, and management systems. /liliEvaluate occupational health safety programs, risk assessments, contractor management processes, and related documentation. /liliSupport the identification, quantification, and prioritization of EHS risks, liabilities and improvement opportunities.



/liliPrepare high-quality technical reports, proposals and client deliverables in Italian and English. /liliParticipate in site visits, client meetings, presentations and interactions with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, investors, operators and regulators. /liliContribute to the continuous development of the team. /liliSupport business development activities, proposal preparation and client relationship management. /li /ulh3Your new team /h3pYou will be part of part of our successful team composed by engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. These include: /pulliA Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Health Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, or a related discipline. /liliAt least 5 years of professional experience in EHS consulting, compliance, auditing, due diligence or related advisory services. /liliDemonstrated experience in conducting EHS compliance audits and site assessments. /liliSound knowledge of Italian environmental and occupational health safety legislation,
