The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products. **JOB OBJECTIVE** The role supports our S&OP; process and contributes to multiple cross-functional projects across the international organization of our Business Unit. Within this role falls the responsibility for the Master Planning, inventory management and procurement execution for our organization in Italy, with direct link to our international counterparts. Local Italian supply chain priorities shall be driven by the role, and
also representing supply chain in multi-disciplinary topics. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**




The Supply Chain Manager actively contributes to the S&OP; process and maintains its integrity for the Industrial ecosystem. She/he also leads supply chain communication with international partners and suppliers; manages material procurement in the ERP for Italian plant, the local manufacturing and supply
planning team as well as industrial procurement resources. The role includes the elaboration, the management and follow-up of procurement and production plans in synchronization with demand features. It is included the elaboration and monitoring of KPIs on material availability, stock levels,
delivery times and timely delivery of the products within the local Italian supply chain. It is possibly requested to act as ERP Key User for local supply chain domain. Within Supply Chain management, she/he runs S&OP; cycle for the Business Unit. Ensure that accurate, consistent data flows throughout the whole S&OP; cycle in a timely manner coordinating issue resolution within the S&OP; process as well. For the local plant in Italy, the Supply Chain Manager acts as lead for the team of tactical buyers and planners located in Italy. She/he reconciles the local Italian supply capacity and the aggregated demand plan; analyses and challenges data accuracy, oversees the preparation of monthly inventory reports,



the release and follow up purchase requests for procured materials, the definition and management of material call offs to main suppliers. She/he also coordinates the maintenance of major ERP parameters and data, consolidating lead times for product catalogue. The Supply Chain manager indeed is responsible for MPS and MRP runs including results analysis, the management of the priorities and resolution of planning exceptions. She/he works in close relation with other key roles in order to ensure a strong global consistency of all PMD process activities and contributes in troubleshooting and root cause
analysis for supply chain domain. **SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
APICS certification is an advantage. Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification, engineering field is an advantage. Experience (5 years) in the field of industrial supply chain is mandatory. Electronic sourcing/automotive background will be considered as a plus.
Good ERP knowledge (MRP/MPS/Forecast management) is important for the role. Ability to liaise within international organization with peers; ability to summarize and present business scenarios to management; fluency in English written and spoken and IT savvy are also mandatory for the role.
As far as soft skills it is concerned, willingness to take over responsibilities, openness to challenges, an agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, as well as collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills are important for this team-oriented role.
