- 1-year Fixed Term Contract) Job Location: Milan, Italy About the role We have an exciting Junior Invoice Specialist, 1-year fixed term contract position available. As a Junior Invoice Specialist you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely customer billing, addressing and reducing invoice queries and credit notes. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that revenue and debtors are accurately recorded, contributing significantly to the delivery of high levels of customer service through the prompt and accurate billing and minimization of queries. You will gain experience in various core processes by collaborating with other departments and customers, enhancing your professional growth and understanding of the business's financial operations. This position is Hybrid, and requires the employee to be in the Milan office two times a week. **Responsibilities**:
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered to ensure the creation of accurate billing information.- Respond promptly to requests, take actions to resolve queries, and correct the source of errors.- Reconcile reported revenue against invoicing records to maintain accurate financial records.- Assist with accounting for accrued and deferred income in accordance with agreed processes and procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. To be successful in the role, you will be:
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken,



enabling effective communication with a diverse range of clients and team members.- A keen interest in the field of accountancy, demonstrating a desire to grow and develop professionally within this area.- Experience in using Excel and other MS Office programs, highlighting a competency in utilizing software tools for financial management and reporting.- A recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of business and financial principles.
