ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Quality Management area ensures compliance with applicable standards and supports the Company's competitiveness through effective certification management. We are looking for a QMS Specialist with experience in quality certifications, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination. The role is responsible for identifying, obtaining, and maintaining QMS certifications and organizational approvals, managing relations with Certification Bodies and clients, overseeing external audit reporting and corrective actions, and monitoring Personnel and Supplier Qualification processes and related registers. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liSupport to verify the compliance of the company regulation with the certification requirements /li liIdentify and propose QMS certifications / QMS qualifications / organization approvals to be obtained / maintained /li liEnsure, manage and monitor the QMS certification / QMS qualification / organization approval /li liManage periodic Reporting on external audit and implement related actions /li liManage the relations with Qualification and Certification authorities and clients /li liManage the Personnel Qualification/Certification Process and monitor the Register of Qualified/Certify Personnel (certify Personnel on Quality perimeter) /li /ul h3Objectives /h3 ul liEnsure the Company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and organizational approvals.



/li liGuarantee continuous compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. /li liManage and monitor certification processes, external audits, and related corrective actions. /li liMaintain effective relationships with Qualification and Certification Bodies and clients. /li liOversee Personnel and Supplier Qualification processes and ensure accurate management of related registers. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree or professional training of an equivalent level in the field of Aviation or other relevant subjects giving a similar background; /li liPossibly 3 years' experience in ATO, MTO, FSTD Operator, airline operator (advantageous experience in QMS/SMS) /li liKnowledge of EASA (operations and Maintenance environment) regulatory framework /li liKnowledge of Quality Management System principles; /li liGood command of spoken and written English; /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint /li liBeing able to work well in teams or groups; /li liAble to stand his/her ground when necessary against pressure from Auditees /li liEffective communication skills - listening and expressing; /li liAvailable to travel to perform audit at other Company sites and to support Certification activities on-site /li /ul h3Seniority /h3 pNew Graduate /p h3Primary Location /h3 pIT - Sesto Calende /p h3Contract Type /h3 pPermanent /p h3Total Base Pay Range /h3 p32.731,92 - 43.000 /p h3Hybrid Working /h3 pHybrid /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
