In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in tropical environments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary constraints. Your responsibilities will include assisting with scheduling, procurement, contractor coordination, progress tracking and facilitating communication with local authorities and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating project plans into reality by supporting senior management in overseeing the successful execution of luxury villa developments.



/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project completion. /liliCoordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. /liliSupport procurement efforts by obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. /liliTrack project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions. /liliMonitor construction budgets, ensuring cost control and financial reporting accuracy. /liliAssist in preparing and reviewing contracts, work orders, and change orders. /liliPrepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes. /liliFacilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals. /liliSupport in resolving any construction‑related issues that may arise. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. /liliProven experience in construction project coordination, project documentation (at least 3 years). /liliProficiency in project management and documentation software (Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD) as well as data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). /liliExperience in data analysis, including cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting. /li /ulh3Must Have /h3ulliProject documentation and control. /liliData analysis and cost tracking. /liliScheduling and progress monitoring. /liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills. /liliAnalytical thinking and ability to identify trends and risks. /liliFluent communication in English and Spanish. /liliTime management and organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
