Per la nostra struttura siamo alla ricerca di un Manutentore. La risorsa verrà inserita nel team della manutenzione e riporterà direttamente al responsabile della manutenzione. Attività di riparazione e ripristino in ambito: - Edilizio (piccole riparazioni e tinteggiature);
- Impiantistico (idraulico, elettrico, meccanico);
- Arredi ed attrezzature (arredi camera ed aree comuni, tende, porte, ecc.);
- Riparazioni in genere;
- Gestione magazzino degli attrezzi e dei ricambi Si richiede: - Dinamicità e capacità di organizzarsi;
- Problem Solving;
- Conoscenze informatiche base (Microsoft Office) e per l’utilizzo dei programmi di gestione degli impianti;
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
