For our Global Headquarters in **Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our **EMEA & Corporate team **supporting business' growth.**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of: - Joining and organizing different on-campus events to collect CVs and to strengthen Amplifon Employer Brand.
- Keeping relationships with key local and international partners to guarantee sourcing for the Internship and Graduate Programs.
- Recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. **You are the right person if you**: - Degree in Humanistic or Economics field, HR background is a plus.
- Fluent in English, a second language is a plus.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
- Possess critical thinking, a clear and open communication,



relational and team building skills.
