- Draft, review, and support the negotiation of M&A; transaction documents for the purchase of biogas plants in Italy
- Coordinate with external advisors during the Due Dilligence phase
- Draft, review, and support the negotiations of project contracts and other commercial agreements (project development agreements, EPCM, EPC, O&M;, supply of feedstock, service contracts, etc.)
- Contract management
- Legal support for all other team activities **Your profile**
- Law degree
- +3 years of experience in M&A; transactions and commercial contracts




- Experience in international companies and/or law firms
- Understanding of the energy sector, ideally in biogas and biomethane, and energy regulations and contracts in Italy
- Fluent in Italian and in English
