Our client is a global industrial group that realises multi-domain technological capabilities in Aerospace, Defence & Security and we are looking for a PMO Technology & Innovation Specialist.
**Responsibilities** Reporting directly to PMO Head within Technology & Innovation Dept. this role will support coordination, planning and management of R&I; activities across different departments and in collaboration with his/her counterparts located in different Geographies (US, PZL, DE, UK). This role offers the opportunity to have a high visibility on the whole T&I; project portfolio inside Helicopter Division, helping the Company to deliver projects successfully within time and budget. The main activities are the following: - Budgeting and cost analysis
- Continuous T&I; projects monitoring
- Processes, guidelines, best practice definition in accordance with Company framework




- Optimization of project workforce in order to assure the best resource utilization **Your Profile** HARD SKILLS
- STEM degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and active listening.
- Capable to build relationships and managing stakeholders in an international environment.
