He/she is responsible for merchandising, stock availability, sales, profitability, customer journey, team, and general day-by-day management. /ph3Job Responsabilities /h3h3Main Responsibilities /h3h3Category Sales Management and Business Development /h3ulliLead and develop the business of the Department, by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of it and relating to all relevant stakeholders /liliMonitor and achieve category department performance with relevant KPIs /liliAnalyze the category business, propose and implement action plans to improve results /liliSet category performance target for the team and individual with the Store Manager /liliBe sensitive to competitors' trading activities and give feedback to Store Manager /li /ulh3Client Management /h3ulliLeverage all clienteling tools to achieve Department and Store business goals /liliDemonstrate as a sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities /liliManage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering excellent customer service standards /liliImprove Mystery Shopper Results with action plans /liliImplement appropriate CRM tools and develop loyal customer of particular product category /liliAct as brand category ambassador to educate VIP and new Clients /liliParticipate into ad-hoc Clientele projects /li /ulh3Operations and Visual Merchandising /h3ulliEnsure that merchandize is properly managed,



displayed, stored and maintained by team /liliMaintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards /liliReport to Stock Planning and Merchandising team when there is out of stock on best sellers /liliMaintain the Visual Merchandising consistent with Company standards /liliAlign periodically visual merchandising and sales performance /liliMake the best out of the display and proximity storage /li /ulh3Team Management and Development /h3ulliDiscuss individual performance every month and coach team members /liliMotivate the team so that they perform at their highest level to meet their individual and store objectives /liliOrganize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility /liliTranslate strategic and business goals into concrete and individual actions xrdztoy and objectives /liliConduct category training to the team /liliExecute the in-store training routine set by the Store Manager /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulli5 years' experience in a Supervisor role in Fashion/Luxury Sales with exposure to the relevant category /liliMaster's Degree or equivalent is preferred /liliManages own image standards on a high level /liliStrong selling and communication skills are necessary /liliExcellent relationships skills, self-reliant /liliConfidence, organizational skills, professionalism /liliClient focus with great business acumen /liliAdministration and financial skills /liliComputer skills and Retail management system knowledge /liliGoal oriented approach, multitasking /liliFluency in English; a third language will be considered a plus /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliContract Permanent Job /liliExperience Minimum 5 years /liliType Tempo pieno /liliFunction Sales /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
