ph3Legal Specialist /h3 h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 pWithin Legal Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day activities, supporting the Head of Legal Compliance. /p pYou will be involved in managing independently the following tasks: /p ul liDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements). /li liSupporting litigation and pre‑litigation activities, including drafting notice letters. /li liAssisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti‑bribery, anti‑corruption, competition law). /li liProviding daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 pYou have strong legal skills, a positive and business‑oriented mindset, a problem‑solving attitude and flexibility. You also possess strong listening skills, a proactive approach, and can work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner. Additionally, you have a continuous‑learning mindset, passion for the role, and strong motivation to grow. /p pMaster’s degree in Law.
