pFor our Business Unit Service in Monselice we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist. /ppbHow you'll make an impact /b /ppSupporting the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process, while developing new and existingbusinessby increasing internal and external knowledge of products and markets. /ppParticipating in sales strategy discussions, assigning short- and long-term goals and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans. /ppIdentifyingcustomer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communicationsdemonstratethe value proposition of the products, systems,serviceand packages. /ppSupporting the area Sales organization/customers indeterminingthe most technicallyappropriateand cost-effective solutions and providing technical support, productpresentationsand product/solution/service-related training. /ppTaking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals, to increase future competitiveness. /ppPerforming sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans in cases of potential ordershortfallsand providing regular sales activity reports toassistinproduction planning. /ppPreparing offers in coordination with the quotation department. /ppReporting innecessary tools like SFDC. /ppLiving core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. /ppbYour background: /b /ppTechnical background (Engineering degree is preferred) /ppMore than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management. /ppPrevious experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformers solutions is considered a plus.
