/li liGood understanding of the German‑speaking labour market is mandatory. /li liDeep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools. /li liFluency in English and German is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue). /li liPassionate about people, data‑driven decision‑making, and delivering results. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pThe minimum salary for this position in the specified location: /p ul liItaly: starting from €44,800 gross annual salary. /li /ul pThe final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
