ppIn this role you provide 24x7 technical support for AP staff and external clients, tackling issues across devices, software, and cloud services. You will work with global teams, assisting with API setups, elections applications, and deployment across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and office equipment. Your work enables smooth operations during events and relocations, supporting critical media workflows. You will drive problem resolution, user account management, and portal access, contributing to AP’s reliable technology services. /pulliAssist external clients with API setups /liliSupport elections setups and related applications /liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues for Azure, Intune, SCCM and deployment tools /liliDeploy and support MAC and PC hardware /liliDeploy mobile devices and support iOS/Android /liliSet up photo/video equipment /liliManage staff accounts, passwords,
