- Regular contract_
- Reporting to Sales Service Manager_ Your tasks In your role you will
- Support customers to identify the appropriate technical solution related to system upgrades and retrofits. Communicate customer needs to engineering team
- Provide technical support to the Service Sales team and Sales Companies, including finding required spare parts numbers,



drawings and Service related material.
- Promote service portfolio to the Alfa Laval Service Sales organization and directly to customers
- Coordinate, follow-up and close Service Tickets requests.
- Perform system performance audits Your background You are: - a team player, self-driven, proactive

- able to work in a matrix organization.
- customer oriented, able to develop customers relations and create confidence.
- a good communicator with good negotiation skills
- result / target driven You have
- a Mechanical or Electrical engineer degree (or equivalent)
- previous minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- preferably with a background in food processing equipment
- Experience in automation and/or mechanical hands-on will be an extra
- Excellent English level and written communication skills
- Able to travel appox. 40 days per year We offer
