You will play a key role in shaping the customer contact strategy, fostering long-term and meaningful relationships with our clients.Your ImpactAs a E-CRM & Customer Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless data-driven communication across multiple channels, ensuring and the adoption of best practices to maximize engagement and conversion.Activities:· Support the global contact strategy definition and deliver performance improvements ensuring channel effectiveness and conversion optimization· Orchestrate communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive digital engagement across multiple touchpoints· Manage campaign reporting and analytics to drive improvements with a test, learn & scale-up approach· Ensure a consistent and effective rollout of customer journeys across all channels (email, SMS, push notifications)
