ppAs Manager Testing Verification, you will lead a team of test engineers responsible for system-level verification of new products, following the V-cycle methodology. Your mission is to ensure full product compliance with requirements through robust, efficient testing and certification activities. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and drive the overall Verification Validation (VV) strategy aligned with product requirements and RD roadmap /li liDefine and manage Type Test, Qualification, and Certification plans in compliance with applicable standards (e.g. IEC, ISO, UL) /li liLead product certification testing activities, interfacing with external labs and notified bodies /li liOversee execution of verification plans (DVPR), ensuring full traceability between requirements, tests, and results /li liSupervise system-level testing activities (functional, environmental, electrical, safety, EMC) /li liDrive issue resolution during validation, including root cause analysis and corrective actions /li liPromote advanced testing methodologies (automation, HIL/SIL, data-driven validation) /li liEnsure quality, accuracy, and completeness of test documentation and certification deliverables /li liLead, coach, and develop the assigned testing verification team /li liPlan and optimize resources, lab capacity,
