Global Portfolio Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for supporting the business results by overseeing each step involved in the offering lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. You will be mainly accountable for: - Understand current and future market requirements and customer benefits for High
- Voltage Grid Components. - Lead the market intelligence analysis. Understand and define the current market segmentation and related product positioning. Identify potential gaps in the portfolio (vs. competition, for new market opportunities and trends). - Own the technical and market specification for the product line and determine a product line strategy that supports the highest customer-benefits/-satisfaction and sustainable growth. - Lead the life cycle management process, analyze current products, define, and track performance metrics,



and plan appropriate measures to ensure attractive products/solution offerings. - Act as partner and interface between external market and internal functions, e.g. Sales, Operations, and Research & Development. - Define new product plans and business models. Contribute to the development of new products/solutions by leading customer needs and value analysis, planning, and contributing to a product roadmap creating maximum value. - Prioritize new product development projects with commitment for the achievement of targets and coordinate and motivate the cross-functional teams accordingly. - Initiate and support product market communication strategy, including product launch planning and implementation. - Manage different channel-to-market scenarios in coordination with channel partners and Marketing & Sales to ensure the best market coverage. - Define product customer value proposition per segment and channel and ensures clear communication to channels and users, to deliver clear product benefits and positioning. **Qualifications for the role**: - Master Engineering Degree in Electrical with minimum of 3 years of experience in the sub-transmission electrification business.
- Analytical capabilities with futuristic thinking and good acumen “how to make it happen”.
- Collaborative, purposeful approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
