Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Lead and coordinate external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and management services.
- Strategically plan, process, and oversee innovative building improvement projects.
- Develop and manage service contracts to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Champion the coordination and implementation of energy efficiency initiatives. **Background & Skills**: - Educational background in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational manufacturing company with multiple plants.
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and vendors, facilitating effective in-person communication and collaboration to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Proven knowledge of heating and cooling systems management.




- Familiarity with construction site management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Willingness to travel and transfer across the national territory.
