- Achieve business goals by developing and implementing **process improvements**.
- Create efficiencies inside the site with a focus on continuous improvements.
- Monitor and routinely report out on process performance and improvements in key metrics.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate process **improvement projects** with cross functional teams.
- Determine project scopes and schedules based on business requirements.
- Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a list of ongoing Process Improvement projects and track them.
- Provide support and guidance to the **teams** when needed.
- Maintain and update all process related procedures.
- Train resources in process improvement techniques.
- Work with management to define the short and long-term objectives and potential gains.




- Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve issues that arise, and escalate if necessary.
- **Program** the internal developed tool to maintain updated its features and implement the new business requirements (coding skills are not mandatory but it is necessary to have basic knowledge to learn how the program is made). **Signs of success**
- Demonstrate proactivity by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions
- Exhibit curiosity by continuously seeking to learn and understand new concepts, technologies, and industry trends
- Show self-motivation by setting personal goals, managing time effectively, and maintaining a high level of productivity without constant supervision
- Promote a continuous improvement culture, identify bottle necks, assesses risks, manages timelines, identifies deliverables and any required resources
- Provide recommendations to improve organizational performance
- Identifies opportunities, recommends strategy and implements system changes or business process improvements to improve operations and KPIs
