- Experience in digital advertising
- Full Funnel experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT) and search marketing
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and building new business relationships
- Adept at solving problems that span bus iness and technology
- Influence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processes
- Own business development and execution of Amazon Business advertising program across a portfolio of large customer sales advertisers
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers across enterprise organizations, mapping complex organizational structures to find revenue opportunities and the right points of contact
- Drive new business development through consultative selling, including pipeline building, opportunity management, and strategic negotiations to expand adoption of Amazon Business advertising solutions




- Guide clients through the adoption of new advertising products while ensuring performance targets are met
- Partner with existing account teams to identify opportunities and create integrated advertising solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and influence product development roadmap
- Develop and implement scalable processes for program success, including creating standardized approaches for client onboarding and success measurement frameworks
- Experience in B2B digital advertising
- Experience in launching new products or services to large customer clients
- Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth
