Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Formulation Technician II, key to maintaining high-quality production standards. **Specific Duties/Primary Activities**: - Operate production machinery in the Injectable Department by strictly following Batch Record instructions and current SOPs.
- Clean production machinery in the Injectable Department at the end of production activities, adhering to Batch Record and SOP guidelines.
- Complete Batch Records and departmental documentation accurately for all tasks performed.
- Load filling lines outside sterile areas, ensuring materials conform to Batch Record specifications.
- Operate production machinery in sterile areas by adhering to Batch Records and SOPs accurately.
- Perform filter integrity tests at the end of production activities, as specified in Batch Records and SOPs.




- Clean machinery in sterile areas post-production, following SOP guidelines strictly.
- Load/unload lyophilizers during production, adhering to SOPs.
- Clean lyophilizer chambers as per SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness of sterile areas post-production, strictly following SOPs.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure constant availability of materials for sterile area management.
- Care for machinery, materials, and the work environment, promptly reporting any anomalies to supervisors.
- Perform chemical and microbiological sampling activities, completing related documentation as per SOPs. **Requirements and Qualifications**:
Essential **Education/Training**: - High School Diploma or equivalent experience. **Personality Traits**: - High sense of responsibility.
