- Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and other team members to develop designs that align with learning objectives and branding guidelines.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s visual identity, maintaining consistency and high-quality standards across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching visuals for campaigns, advertisements, and website content.
- Produce interactive and engaging content for e-learning platforms, including infographics, animations, and custom visuals.
- Revise and update existing designs as needed based on feedback or evolving project requirements.




- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Experience in web design and an understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.
