**Position**:
**Program Purpose** The First at Fendi Program aims to welcome the New Generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace. As main mission, the intern will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of its experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities. **Project** Based in the HO In Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Merchandising Europe Projects. **Job responsibilities**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the creation of feedback to HQ on products, customer behaviour, competitors, business opportunities
- Prepare and analyse necessary data for buying sessions
- Support the validation of proposed assortment and definition of quantities
- Participation in the sales plan definition process by category
- Contibute to weekly and monthly reports and other relevant analysis
- Monitor stock level and actively work with Supply Chain Department to maximize launch impact & Sell Through
- Work closely with the Retail team and all stores to maximize their daily sales, providing trainings and product focus **Profile**: - Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or in related field
- A previous professional experience in luxury fashion environment will be considered a plus




- Knowledge of the main market players and strong sense of fashion
- Excellent attention to detail and can-do approach
- Strong relational skills and attitude in team working
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong competences in quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); BO, BI experience preferred

**MAISON***: - The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed.
