What will help you succeed:
Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate);
Experience in project planning and execution, tailoring quality delivery processes, promptly identifying eventual critical issues, closely working with Delivery teams to coordinate project developments, and supporting the team in Client interactions and during technical/architectural meetings;
Ability to encourage team growth, fostering collaboration and overall engagement,



as well as mentoring team members through performance assessments and eventual training sessions;
Experience in technical oversight, enforcing guidelines, and technical documentation quality;
Support end-to-end testing, analyzing workflows, and highlighting logical issues. This job can be filled through a hybrid-working mode in Bologna, Milan, La Spezia, and Venice.
