The Analyst Accounting Operations role will play a critical role in managing the financial recognition and reporting operations of CCM. This position requires understanding of financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business functions. **Location: Truccazzano** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Lead systematic invoice processing, revenue recognition protocols,



and predictive cost allocation models that drive accurate financial reporting Implement effective cash collection procedures and revenue recognition systems that streamline financial flows and enhance liquidity management Enable insightful financial reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support Establish and maintain structured supplier and customer master data systems, ensuring verified, updated information flows across all business units. Validate purchase orders and**monitor systems that streamline procurement and approval processes for purchases. Support the CFO with administrative financial tasks. Run control statements and report to the line management as required;
Qualifications:
**EXPERIENCE**: - 1+ years of experience in Financial/ accounting roles.
- Bachelor degree in Financial/ Accounting fields
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in English and Italian - C1 level or higher in both languages
