**Main Activities and Responsibilities**:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces,



and storage areas
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
Handle waste disposal according to hygiene and safety standards
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report any hazards to the Kitchen Supervisor
Support the smooth operation of the kitchen during service times
Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks as required
**Key Competencies**:
Eligibility to work in Italy
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Reliability and punctuality
Teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
