- mplement customer retention activities for the Food Training EMEA unit W
- ork with the Training Manager EMEA to develop annual calendar of course offering, communicate schedule and obtain commitment from trainers L
- iaise with trainers on the course schedule, training materials and delivery logistics: travel arrangements/virtual platforms and manage participants access - being a primary contact for them P
- re-course delivery administration including inventory maintenance of training programs material; coordinate, prepare and dispatch the training material; and securely store assessments for all training courses P
- ost-course delivery administration including certificate issuance and distribution/collection of learner surveys and trainer feedback forms M




- aintain websites and internal systems A
- ssist the finance team with collect all the info for invoicing clients Q
- ualifications: Previous administrative or customer service experience F
- luent in English A
- good command of at least 2 of following languages is requested: Italian, French and Spanish E
- njoys multi-cultural environments A
- bility to plan and organise multi-project activities G
- ood interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative E
- xperience with Microsoft Office software, with the ability to learn different IT tools I
- s available to occasionally travel across Europe I
- s detailed and goal oriented E
