Automotive Technical Delegate / Flying Doctor
In this role, you will serve as the escalation expert for complex vehicle issues, supporting dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely. You will diagnose electrical, electronic, and drivability faults to enable first-time-right repairs, leveraging OEM tools and technical documentation. You’ll document findings clearly, coach technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement by feeding back recurring issues. - Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
- Use OEM tools (wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
- Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets




- Create clear technical reports and case updates
- Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance
- Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement
- Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
- Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
- Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
- Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
- Ability to support and guide technicians
- Preferred: field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with OEM/importer technical support background
