Identify value-added services and strengthen customer relationships. Spot business opportunities and hand them over to external sales. **What we are looking for** ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
✔ 2+ years in Customer Service with strong organizational skills.
✔ SAP (CRM/SD) and MS Office proficiency.
✔ Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
