**Job Summary** **Objectives & Responsibilities**
- Support end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contract management, changes, and offboarding across EMEA countries
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and HR tools
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies, working closely with external advisors where required
- Support performance management, annual review, and compensation processes
- Coordinate and maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel files
- Support employee relations activities, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partner as appropriate
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and HR administration
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives at regional or global level **Requirements & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment law within at least one EMEA country
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory **Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
