**GENERAL ROLE** The HR Admin Intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing and supporting the activities and tasks of the HR team. The Intern will rapidly gain an understanding of a fashion and luxury retail industry and the day-to-day organization of an HR department, focusing on the area of HR administration and recruiting. **MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Supporting personnel administration activities, contributing to the accurate and compliant management of employee documentation
- Assisting in the maintenance and updating of HR master data, personnel files and internal databases, including headcount monitoring and organizational updates (e.g. extensions, transfers)
- Supporting payroll-related and administrative processes, such as contract preparation, internship activations, COB management and coordination with external providers
- Assisting in travel and mobility administrative activities, including management of dedicated internal systems and related documentation
- Contributing to onboarding and offboarding processes (check-in/check-out documentation, badge management, document archiving monitoring)
- Supporting the Recruiting team with selection activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling,
phone interviews and recruiting back-office supportProviding HR back-office support through the preparation of reports and basic HR analyses using Excel and PowerPoint, as well as collaborating on ad hoc HR projects and cross-functional requests **PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Languages or similar fields;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Proficient with Power Point, Excel and IT tools;
- Willing to work with expected full-time working hours;
