You will ensure the continuity and accuracy of financial operations during the leave period, transforming data into actionable insights for management and contributing to the company's financial stability. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Financial Closing**: Support and oversee monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- **Management Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive management reports and perform in-depth financial analysis to monitor business performance.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, including detailed variance analysis.
- **Accounting Oversight**: Perform general ledger reviews and ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations.
- **Audit & Controls**: Support external audit requirements and maintain robust internal financial controls.
- **Advanced Data Management**: Develop and optimize complex financial reports and models using advanced Excel techniques.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**:



Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data. **Job Qualifications**: - **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Approximately **3 years of relevant experience**, ideally within a structured corporate environment or a consulting/audit firm.
- **Technical Skills**: - **Advanced Excel skills** are mandatory (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- **Languages**:Very good command of English and Italian** (both written and spoken), essential for collaborating within our international network.
