**AI Engineer / AI Builder**- Operations & Automation to join its Operations & IT environment. We are seeking a hands-on professional capable of designing and implementing AI-driven workflows that connect business processes, operations, and technology into scalable, production-ready solutions. **Key Responsibilities**: - Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents for operational and IT processes (planning, diagnostics, documentation, quality checks, etc.).
- Develop solutions primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, M365 Copilot), integrating additional tools where valuable.
- Re-engineer end-to-end business processes and translate them into AI-enabled or AI-native workflows.
- Define automation levels (human-driven, AI-assisted, fully automated), including escalation rules and fallback logic.
- Ensure integration with enterprise systems (e.g. IFS ERP),



avoiding shadow IT.
- Ensure AI solutions are explainable, traceable, and monitored.Contribute to the company AI strategy through concrete use cases and implementations. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in building AI solutions or automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, APIs, M365, Copilot).
- Experience in process analysis and re-engineering.
- Strong API and integration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.Strong business understanding and systems thinking. **Nice to Have**: - Experience in energy, O&M;, or industrial environments.
