- As IT Solutions Quality Team Lead you ensure quality assurance and quality control for software developments. You manage a team of quality engineers and oversee all aspects of software quality management, acting as the primary liaison for quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
