As Site Manager, you will lead construction activities on large‑scale solar projects, working closely with internal teams, contractors and authorities to ensure successful project delivery.

You will have a high level of responsibility, the freedom to make decisions, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the expansion of renewable energy across Italy.Tasks:Manage daily construction activities and ensure project execution in line with schedules and milestonesCoordinate subcontractors,



suppliers and site logistics to ensure efficient project deliveryMonitor construction progress, costs and timelines and proactively mitigate project risksEnsure compliance with approved designs, permits and technical specificationsCoordinate secondary permits and liaise with local and regional authorities throughout the construction phaseLead contractor coordination and support commercial management regarding variations and claimsImplement quality management measures, oversee inspections and manage corrective actionsEnsure compliance with Italian HSE regulations and promote a strong safety culture on sitePrepare progress reports and maintain accurate site documentationAct as the on‑site representative of GOLDBECK SOLAR and collaborate closely with project teams, clients and authoritiesProfile:Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in construction sit
