Amazon MGM Studios seeks a Trade Marketing & Sales Support Manager for Theatrical Distribution in Italy who will be responsible for developing and executing co-operative trade marketing campaigns with cinema circuits while providing essential sales support to maximize commercial performance across the theatrical slate.

This dual-function role combines strategic marketing partnerships with operational sales execution, working closely with exhibitors to optimize both promotional impact and booking performance.

The position translates release strategies into circuit-specific marketing activations while supporting session planning, bookings management, and box office analysis.

This position reports to the Heads of Italy Theatrical Marketing & Distribution.The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector.

The position is classified at level 7 or above, depending on the candidate's skills,



competences and experience.Key job responsibilitiesTrade Marketing & Exhibitor Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with cinema circuit marketing teams to create effective and innovative marketing campaigns that connect target audiences for all theatrical releases
- Negotiate co-op marketing agreements with circuits, including budget arrangements, sequential activation, flighting, promotional commitments and marketing deliverables- Coordinate joint and integrated promotional activities including in-cinema displays, website and lobby takeovers, premium format promotions, and digital signage campaigns, point of sale & concession campaigns- Coordinate the production and delivery of circuit-specific marketing assets including standees, posters, digital content and co-branded materials
- Track and report on co-op marketing campaign effectiveness and return on investment by circuit
